Kelp Noodle Carbonara

Ingredients
- - Kelp noodles — 150 g
Carbonara Sauce
- - Butter — 10 g
- - Onion — 1/2 large, finely chopped
- - Ham — diced
- - Whipping cream or whole milk — 300 ml
- - Parmesan cheese — grated, to taste
- - Egg yolk — 1
- - Salt — 1/4 tsp
- - Black pepper — to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse the kelp noodles under clean drinking water 2–3 times. Blanch them in boiling water until tender, then drain well and set aside.
2. To make the carbonara sauce, heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent. Add the diced ham and cook briefly. Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour in the whipping cream and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, then add the kelp noodles and toss to combine. Turn off the heat, add the egg yolk, and mix quickly until the sauce becomes creamy and well combined.
